This website www.rnbcs.com and other related internet based applications (collectively referred to as "website" or "services") owned and operated by RNBCS, a company incorporated under the laws of republic of India having its registered office 614, Corporate Annexe, Sonawala Road, Next to Cello House, Goregaon (E) 400063, Mumbai. (Hereinafter referred to as "we", or "us" or "our" or "RNBCS"). These general Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "terms") shall constitute a valid and binding legal agreement between us and the user of our website/services (hereinafter, where the context so requires, "you" or "user" are referred to interchangeably).   5. Service Fee:You agree that you shall pay a fee for the Services as per terms of the specific services provided by the Services. The fee once paid shall be non-refundable, unless agreed by RNBCS in writing. The payment of fee or application made in Services does not assure you a grant of a loan or other Services mentioned on our Website; the same will be subject to the satisfaction of other formalities required for the specific Services.

  2. If the matter is not resolved at the first instance by the Grievance Officer, then the same may then be settled by arbitration by a single Arbitrator appointed by RNBCS. The arbitration shall be held, in Delhi, in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of Arbitration shall be in English.

N. Breach of the terms

Without prejudice to RNBCS's other rights under these Terms, if you breach these Terms in any way, or if RNBCS suspect that you have breached these Terms in any way, RNBCS may
  1. Send you one or more formal warnings
  2. Temporarily suspend your access to RNBCS's Services and Services
  3. Permanently prohibit you from accessing RNBCS's Services and Services
  4. Block computers using your IP address from accessing RNBCS's Services and Services
  5. Contact any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to RNBCS's Services and Services
  6. Commence legal action against you, whether for breach of contract or recovery of amounts due or damages or otherwise

  5. In any such action or for any action RNBCS may initiate, RNBCS will be entitled to recover all legal expenses incurred in connection with the legal action, including but not limited to costs, both taxable and non-taxable, and reasonable attorney fees.
