Bhoopesh Jain founded RNB Corporate Services in 2020

Bhoopesh has over two decades of work experience in Indian capital markets. With a strong business acumen & deep understanding, he has a proven track record of identifying and building successful businesses across Capital Markets including Debt, Equity, MF, Retirement Fund Advisory, Merchant Banking and Investment Banking. He has worked like a passionate entrepreneur in his previous assignment & developed set of departments to serve the Clients in all streams. He enjoys strong relationships with many corporates & promoters and worked very closely with them in all phases of their growth journey. Known in industry as People Friendly Person who quickly understands the requirements & delivers the same at the speed of thoughts.

Prior to RNB, he worked at SPA Group for over 18yrs in various capacities including corporate coverage, investment banking, capital markets, advisory and treasury solutions businesses. He joined the SPA group in 2002 as a Management Trainee and has since moved up the rank and worked across businesses within the group. He was responsible for building and maintaining key client relationships, procuring and overseeing the execution of business transactions, advising corporate clients in raising capital, acquisition and divestment of companies, re-organisation of corporate groups.

Mr. Jain is a Master in Management Studies(Finance) from Mumbai University and has an undergraduate degree in commerce.

Mr. Gupta is a practising Chartered Accountant. Retired last year as Senior General Manager -Treasury of HDFC Ltd after 29 years of Service there.

He had diversified exposure in HDFC Ltd like internal Audit, Compliance, Risk management, Short Term Corporate Lending, Structural Finances, Treasury operations etc. Currently he is advisor to few corporate and non–corporate entities. He is very well networked with the BFSI Sector in Mumbai and a regular speaker in various forums/conferences on Securitisation, Affordable Housing etc.

Mr. Navin Jain is a Company Secretary by profession. His last full time assignment (till February, 2021) was with CARE Ratings Ltd. (CARE), one of India’s leading credit rating companies, as Company Secretary and Executive Director in charge of Compliance, Legal, Finance/Accounts & Administration, Human Resources and Treasury.

One of the key milestones of his long career with CARE was the successful handling of listing of the Company in December 2012. The DRHP was filed in a record 45 days. Also worked as a Consultant for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for “Best practices for regulatory framework and use of credit rating information of Domestic Credit Rating Agencies in South Asia (Current and Potential Role of DCRAs & Model Regulatory Framework for DCRAs - India)” in 2010.

Mr. Mehta is a Rank Holder CA, cost accountant , company secretary & gold medalist in law with 40Yrs of Corporate Experience like Kanakia Group, Sunteck Reality & Puraniks Builders.

In his career, he has raised more than INR10000Crs of funding from BANKS, FINANCIAL INSTTS, NBFC’s, PRIVATE EQUITY & PUBLIC EQUITY. He has professional experience of Managing Real Easte Companies, Education Institutes & Five Star Hotels. He has been considered as Industry expert on direct and indirect taxation, RERA, ERP implementation and PUBLIC ISSUES.

Mr. Porwal is a MBA(Finance) & CFA from ICFAI Institute. He is Founder of Bizstart (www.bizstart.in). Bizstart is a virtual platform for aspiring business owners to explore and analyze multiple business options.

Mr. Porwal Started his Entrepreneur Journey with Bizsatrt. Before that, he was Managing Director, SS&C GlobeOp, World’s largest hedge fund and private equity administrator, as well as the largest mutual fund transfer agency. Before SS&C Globeop, Hitesh was heading Index Cell at Bombay Stock Exchange. He was responsible for Maintenance and Review of SENSEX and other BSE Indices. He was part of a team which Migrated SENSEX to free-float methodology. Also Led team that launched first ETF on SENSEX.
